Course Package Overview

All of our training course modules, in one all inclusive 4 week package.

Who can attend?

Anyone with the desire and motivation to succeed. You must be over the age of 18, with a full drivers license. Most students are 21 years +
Those with previous military experience, transitioning into the civilian sector.
Current serving military or law enforcement who are transitioning into a close protection role.
Close Protection staff, with clients or principles who may deploy to hostile environments.

NSC only presents the all inclusive 4 week training package 4 times a year! Booking now will avoid disappointment. Some candidates book this package 6 months in advance.

This 4 week package is widely respected, by employers and recruiters, throughout the world. Once candidates have received their certification they can work as a: Close Protection Operator, PSD Operator, Hostile Environment CP Officer, Convoy Security Officer, currently enlisted military graduates and law enforcement officers often take the skills back to their units and train their own colleagues.

Course Content

Training is delivered in four consecutive modules as follows:

Module One - HSE First aid at Work course.
- Fully accredited and recognised by the SIA (Security Industry Authority) for licensing.
Module Two - City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Close Protection course.
- For those wishing to gain their "License to Practise" Close Protection under current UK legislation. NSC teaches the very latest 1892/02 certificated course. 140 hours. Followed by a well deserved day off.
Module Three - Hostile Environment Close Protection Operator course.
- NSC teach, test and accredit HECPO operators, for deployment to hostile areas, not just Iraq and Afghanistan. 80 hours. Followed by a well deserved day off.
Module Four - CP/PSD Livefire Firearms course.
- 5 full days of intensive firearms training, pistols and rifles, carbines. Multiple targets, stoppages, stripping and assembling, magazine changes. One of the very best firearms training packages available. * only persons who are qualified CP operators can attend this module.
